Shipping is free worldwide on all orders, with no minimum. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — we don't add a separate shipping charge.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

Because orders ship internationally from Australia, they may pass through your country's customs. Correct delivery details
Please double-check your shipping address and contact details at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we'll help resolve it — including arranging a replacement where appropriate.
